Interesting! Did you ever find the dimensions of those belts by contacting any other ebay seller?
Perhaps this guy knew from experience, that if he inform you the belts dimensions, you wouldn't buy them from him. You'd instead go to the local parts shop with the dimensions on a piece of paper and buy them for cheap.
I don't know this guy nor his shop and very rarely buy electronic parts or components on ebay.
For belts i use Robert Mauser quite successfully, but you have to know or determine it's dimensions.
